My name is Lisa, and I help men and women learn to quiet their minds. By using the power of yoga and meditation,

I help you ease the pain associated with PTSD, trauma, addiction, or military-induced stress.

As someone who struggled with trauma, I know first-hand what it feels like to navigate chronic stress, anxiety, and discomfort.

My job is to use the experience I’ve gained, combined with professional yogic training, to help you get your life back and finally feel relief.
