IRest Meditation
Certified iRest Teacher and E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor
Lisa McGalliard
My name is Lisa, and I help men and women learn to quiet their minds. By using the power of yoga and meditation,
I help you ease the pain associated with PTSD, trauma, addiction, or military-induced stress.
As someone who struggled with trauma, I know first-hand what it feels like to navigate chronic stress, anxiety, and discomfort.
My job is to use the experience I’ve gained, combined with professional yogic training, to help you get your life back and finally feel relief.

What Is iRest?
Based on the practice of Yoga Nidra, iRest is a modern meditation practice developed by Dr. Richard Miller—a teacher, author, clinical psychologist, and yogic scholar.
You can think of iRest as a collection of recorded guided meditations. Each meditation is led by Richard Miller and is designed to elicit a sense of calm, peace, and stillness amid the busy, anxious mind.
How Does iRest Work?
To enjoy an iRest experience, all you have to do is find a comfortable place to sit or lie down, and follow along while listening to the iRest guided meditation recording.
We encourage you to close your eyes or leave them gently open—whatever feels the most comfortable for you.
